The following problems have been found when using Netscape Browser and the online engineering software.  We are always working on correcting any problems, but until they are all corrected we have provided you with this list of possible workarounds. If you encounter a problem with the software or any other issues pertaining to our web site that is not addressed here, please send an email message to support@abmart.com and we will correct the problem or try and create a work around.

Problem:

Saving worksheets (Engineering Software)

Work Around:

Using "Adobe Distiller" print function as a default printer or chose "Adobe Distiller" as a printer function you can save the sheet to a file of your choice.

Problem:

(Engineering Software) - Accessing the View buttons on the "Terms & General Instructions" will cause the loss of any data entered into the worksheets.

Work Around:

Open more than one browser and use the second browser window to access the View buttons while using the first browser window to enter data into the process sheets.

Problem:

(Engineering Software) - Calculations not being updated if you make changes to input numbers.

Work Around:

Start over with each new project. Or erase each critical input and re-enter the critical input.

Problem:

Work Around:

Under “Security Center” and under “View” make sure that “Internet Explorer” is chosen for Rendering Engine.

Under “View” chose “Rendering Engine” then chose “Display Page Like Internet Explorer”

On the “Search and “Go” bar just right of the “Go” Click on “Security Center Icon” and Under “Site Controls” under Options (left hand side of box) chose “Site List” and under “Rendering Engine” located at right hand bottom of the box (just above “OK”) chose “Internet Explorer”
